Shipping Instructions

All items over $20 will be sent by REGISTERED MAIL with no insurance (unless you specifically decline it). Items $20 or less will be sent by REGULAR/STANDARD MAIL. Insurance is only available upon request and recommended for items over $100. On uninsured shipments we will take no responsibility for loss or damage. If you prefer insurance, which is totally optional, you must let us know so the amount can be added to postage fees. If you do not wish this insurance (do not inform us) you will be solely responsible for the shipment in case you never receive it. Once insurance rate is given then add this amount to your payment and let us know you want insurance. Any items to be insured must carry Declared Value (Customs Declaration).Shipments within European Union the cost will be $2.00 by regular/standard mail and $6.50 by registered mail (normal letter up to 20 grams). Worldwide shipments the cost will be $2.00 by regular/standard mail and $6.50 by registered mail (normal letter up to 20 grams). For the purchase of two or more items only one shipment fee will be charged.

We accept refunds only if there is a fault in the stamp that was not described. The original item must be returned within 7 days in the same condition that is was received and by registered mail.
